As you can tell root.MEDIA has moved our customer portal to our new services, We are preparing for the big Migration of all you wonderful and beautul clients. Our plans are to begin Client migration starting Monday September 12 2016.

Don't worry we will let each and every one of you know whenwe will be migrating your services. 
  • We will send you an email stating the date and time the migration will take place we will be doing the migrations starting at 12:00am PDT
  • We will be backing up your emails and the contents of your mailboxes that are stored on the server 
  • We will transfer your Website and any related Databases to our new server

After the transfer is completed there you might need to reconfigure your email clients to access our new server.
